Biographical/Historical note: The first Martin Luther King, Jr. Commemoration was held on campus in 1995. Since that time the University has held commemoration events on campus every year, aroung the time of Martin Luther King Jr.'s birthday.
Arrangement note: The series arrangement is as follows: 1. publicity, 2. planning, and 3. miscellanous. Each series is broken down by collector, if applicable, and then aditionally by material type (if applicable) type and year.
Scope and Contents note: This collection contains materials related to the yearly Martin Luther King, Jr. Commemoration held on Utah Valley Univerity campus. Materials mostly relate to planning and publicity for the various events held during the commemorations. Material types include posters, flyers, emails, letters, notes, forms, manuscripts, etc.
