Biographical/Historical note: Denece Kitto served as Program Coordinator for The Center for the Advancement of Leadership at Utah Valley University, where she loved associating with outstanding students, faculty, staff and community professionals. Denece acted as the school relations and outreach coordinator where she visited local high schools promoting leadership development and partnerships with Utah Valley University. The Center for the Advancement of Leadership at Utah Valley University prepares students with the leadership knowledge and skills necessary to become competitive in the world market and make significant contributions to society.

Arrangement note: Collection was left largely in original order, with the exception of a few articles moved and arranged with like items.

Scope and Contents note: Collections of materials dating from 2000-2012, related to the Utah Valley University Center for the Advancement of Leadership, its programs, conferences, business and management courses, past students, scholarships, and projects. Collection includes t-shirts, photographs, conference agendas, meeting minutes, newspaper and magazine articles, student project portfolios and scholarship applications, advisory board documents, etc.
